• 🕛 Orders placed before 12 PM – Dispatched the same day

• 🕕 Orders placed after 12 PM – Shipped the next working day

• 🗓 Orders placed after 12 PM on Saturday – Dispatched on Monday

• ❌ No dispatch on Sundays and public holidays

• 📍 All orders ship from our warehouse in Kolkata, West Bengal
